Class Descriptions
Vinyasa yoga is a popular, evolving form of traditional hatha yoga that focuses on integrating breath and movement, awareness and alignment, and strength and flexibility. In Vinyasa yoga you will begin with the simplest poses and progress toward the more challenging poses. The classes are fun, uplifting, and move in a FLOW from pose to pose. A Class is around 70-75 minutes long unless indicated above.
Vinyasa I - A unique flow of poses that is suitable for the beginner and intermediate
Vinyasa II - A more challenging flow of poses for the experienced student
Gentle Yoga - A series of rejuvenating and supported poses to promote health and relaxation, perfect for beginner
Prenatal Yoga - A Prenatal yoga class will prepare a woman for childbirth by improving flexibility, strength and endurance. Prenatal yoga will teach a woman how to breathe, meditate, and relax. click here for the Doctor Release Form
Private instruction - Available with any of our instructors. Please contact us to schedule a session
Tips to make your experience more enjoyable:
- Arrive at least 5 to 15 minutes before class.
- Please do not be late, this disturbs the whole class.
- Do not eat 2 to 3 hours prior to class.
- Bring a mat (or borrow one of ours).
- Bring a towel (we have small towels for you to use while at the studio).
- Drink plenty of water (we have bottled water for $1-$2).
- Wear comfortable clothing to sweat in. No big t-shirts. The studio is kept warm.
- Please leave your valuables at home.
- Must be 14 years of older to attend a regular class or workshop.
- We do not have child care available, and we can not watch them while you attend class.
