Nuad Boran (”the ancient practice”) is commonly known as Thai Massage or Thai Yoga in the west.  This unique combination of assisted yoga stretches and acupressure remains an essential part of the health care system in Thailand today.  This three-day workshop is hands on and open to everyone…yogis, massage therapists, yoga instructors, etc. desiring to learn to give and receive this nurturing art form.  Included in the registration fee is a copy of the Thai Massage Workbook by Pierce Salguero, founder of Tao Mountain.

early registration is $145 and at the door on day of class is $160.

Pamela Ryan has practiced as a Licensed Massage Therapist in  Texas since 1997.  Specializing in sports massage, she has also  earned certifications in neuromuscular therapy, shiatsu and Thai massage and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.  In her position as in-house massage therapist at World Olympic Gymnastics Academy in Plano, Texas, she has employed Thai massage techniques in her work with professional and olympic athletes including gold medalists Carly Patterson and Nastia Liukin.
