What is Yoga?

The ancient art of yoga is neither a sport nor a religion: It’s a journey of the body & mind. Yoga accomplishes spinal alignment through various postures. The postures make the body stronger, more flexible, the mind calmer, and consequently, more resistant to disease and other physical problems. Yoga can be practiced by anyone at any age. Yoga is Gentle on your body and will help you in every aspect of your life.
